Key responsibilities include managing enquiries with warmth and efficiency, coordinating property and fleet-related tasks, and supporting daily operational needs across the organisation. The position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth office processes and fostering a welcoming, professional atmosphere for staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
Your new role
As the first point of contact, you'll deliver high quality front desk services while managing vehicle and property related tasks. From coordinating maintenance to supporting day-to-day operations, your role is essential to keeping our workplace professional, organised, and responsive.
Reception & Communication
* Greet and assist clients, visitors, and staff with warmth and professionalism
* Handle incoming calls and direct enquiries appropriately
* Monitor general inboxes and ensure timely responses
* Maintain a tidy and inviting front desk and shared spaces
Vehicle Management
* Maintain accurate vehicle usage logs
* Schedule servicing and coordinate maintenance
* Track fuel card usage and report discrepancies
* Ensure vehicles meet presentation standards
* Report damage or issues promptly
Maintenance Coordination
* Assist with minor property maintenance coordination
* Liaise with contractors and follow up on requests
* Support property inspections and documentation
Administrative Support
* Archive documents per organisational procedures
* Maintain records in both digital and hardcopy formats
* Assist with scanning, filing, data entry, and office supply management
* Help prepare reports, documents, and internal communications
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will need to have the following skills and qualities:
Essential
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence
* Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administrative support
* Good time management and multitasking abilities
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Professional verbal and written communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer use
Desirable
* Experience working in the disability, health, or community services sector
* Familiarity with vehicle logs, basic property maintenance tracking, or compliance systems
* Knowledge of NDIS principles and participant rights
Compliance & Other Requirements:
* NDIS Worker Screening Check
* NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion
