We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager to lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering campaigns aligned to performance goals and timelines, with experience in managing agencies and working with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans across social, SEM, programmatic, display and digital channels.
* Manage media and creative agency relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and optimal campaign ROI.
* Oversee the execution of paid media activity, monitoring KPIs and applying real-time optimisation techniques to maximise results.
* Lead A/B testing, audience segmentation, and conversion rate initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements and Qualifications
