Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Developer to join a strategic Open Banking initiative within the financial services domain. This role requires strong technical acumen in the .NET ecosystem, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on involvement from solution design through to deployment.
Key Responsibilities
* You will Lead the end-to-end development life-cycle of .NET-based micro-services and back-end systems.
* You will work closely with architects and business stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
* You will design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions adhering to Open Banking standards.
* You will oversee code reviews, CI/CD pipeline integration, and quality assurance processes.
* You will mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring best practices in secure coding and DevOps.
* You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, architecture, and QA.
Required Skills
* You will have strong expertise in .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and ASP.NET Web API.
* You will have experience with micro-services architecture and containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes).
* You will have deep understanding of OAuth2.0, OpenID Connect, and API security protocols.
* You will have proficiency in relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, MongoDB).
* You will have strong CI/CD exposure (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
* You will have excellent understanding of Open Banking standards (CDR-compliant APIs, consent flows, etc.)
