We are a family-owned 8,200ha mixed-farming enterprise specialising in Wheat, Barley, Oats and a 2,700-head Merino flock, located 30–50km from stunning Streaky Bay on the West Coast of South Australia.

The Role
This is a diverse, hands-on role suited to someone who takes genuine ownership of their work.
You will be involved in:
* Precision cropping including seeding, spraying, harvesting and grain carting
* Livestock management including low-stress stock handling, feedlot oversight and Merino replacements
* General farm maintenance including water systems, fencing and yard hygiene
* Maintaining a daily work diary to track operations and maintenance
This role is ideally suited to an experienced farm operator ready to step into greater responsibility and build a long-term career within a progressive mixed-farming business.

What You Bring
Mindset First: You take pride in your work and show initiative. You think ahead, take responsibility and follow jobs through properly.
Experience: Ideally, you will have at least three years' experience in mixed farming.
Technical Skills: You hold a Chemcert and HC licence (or are willing to obtain them).
High Standards: You treat machinery and livestock as if they were your own. A high-quality finished product is your personal benchmark.
Communication: You value clear communication and understand that strong teams operate through transparency and mutual respect.

The Logistics
Location: Near Streaky Bay, SA
Housing: While there is no on-farm housing, we will actively assist you in securing rental accommodation locally.
Remuneration: Above award wages with performance incentives, tailored to your experience and the value you bring to the team.
Applicants must currently reside in Australia and possess unrestricted Australian work rights. No visa sponsorship or relocation assistance is available for this role.
