* Hawkesbury campus, with flexible working arrangements
* Salary: $134,981 to $144,149 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading
Lead the strategic direction and delivery of the university's brand, content, creative, and communications, driving engagement and reputation across all channels.
The Opportunity
Shape the university's marketing presence by providing strategic leadership for content, creative and communications. You'll lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, bringing together brand, storytelling, design and paid media to ensure activity is aligned to strategic and recruitment priorities. Your work will directly influence student recruitment, engagement and the University's presence in a competitive higher education environment.
What Success Looks Like:
* You'll lead a multidisciplinary team across content, communications (prospective and current students), design, video, brand and paid media.
* Set the creative and content direction for the university's marketing and student communications.
* Turn domestic and international recruitment strategies into clear content plans, channel strategies and campaign ideas.
* Lead the development of always-on and personalised communications in partnership with personalisation and automation specialists.
* Oversee paid media strategy and performance, ensuring investment is effective and continually improved.
* Be the final checkpoint for quality, ensuring creative work is on-brand, accessible, consistent and fit for purpose.
* Work closely with marketing, recruitment, digital and insights teams to align messaging, audiences and campaign delivery.
* Use data and performance insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
* Create a team environment that sets a high bar for quality, collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement.

About You
* A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design or related discipline and/or extensive equivalent professional experience in Content, Communications and/or Marketing.
* A clear point of view on brand, storytelling and creative quality, and the ability to articulate it well.
* Experience delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels and audiences.
* Confidence working with data and performance metrics to improve effectiveness.
* A leadership style that develops people, invites ideas and sets clear expectations.
* Exceptional communication skills, you know how to shape a message and when to simplify it.
* Experience in higher education is welcome, but not essential. What matters more is your ability to lead high-quality work and bring people with you.
