St Ciandra, an elegant venue nestled in the heart of Mosman, is seeking a talented and passionate Chef (for fulltime role) to join our kitchen team. We offer a refined dining experience celebrating modern Australian cuisine with a focus on premium seasonal produce, creativity, and exceptional execution. Key Responsibilities: Plan, prepare and execute high-quality dishes across lunch and dinner service Collaborate with the Head Chef in designing menus that reflect the restaurant’s modern Australian focus Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards of taste, quality, and appearance Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and food safety standards within the kitchen Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff to ensure consistent output and efficiency Monitor stock levels, minimise waste, and assist with ordering and inventory control Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture in the kitchen About You: Proven experience as a Chef in a high-quality restaurant or similar venue Deep understanding of cooking techniques and seasonal ingredients Excellent organisational and time-management skills Passion for culinary innovation and delivering exceptional food Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Formal culinary qualification preferred This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team in one of Mosman's most sophisticated dining venues.
