As a senior executive leader, you will hold a pivotal position within an organisation's executive leadership team. Directly influencing the CEO and Board of Directors, as well as divisional leaders, this role encompasses enterprise-level mandates to align operational frameworks across manufacturing, engineering, field services, and project delivery functions. Strategic execution is expected to support the organisation's ambitious growth agenda. Your leadership will drive transformative initiatives that enhance operational performance frameworks, mature the operating model, and foster cultural uplift across the organisation.
* Collaborate with the CEO and Board to define strategic objectives aligned with sustainable growth while advancing the organisation's operational maturity.
* Oversee manufacturing processes, engineering teams, logistics functions, project delivery frameworks, and field services to ensure seamless operations in line with strategic goals.
* Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, safety, diversity, equity, and inclusion by embedding these values into every aspect of operations.
* Manage financial oversight including budgeting processes, capital expenditure planning, cost control measures, commercial negotiations, and risk mitigation strategies to maximise value creation.
* You are an accomplished executive leader with proven experience in senior operations or general management roles within industrial engineering, manufacturing, construction infrastructure delivery, or utilities sectors.
* Strong commercial acumen with expertise in budgeting processes, contract management negotiations, strategic planning execution, and risk mitigation strategies.
* Exceptional leadership skills to inspire teams and engage stakeholders at all levels effectively.
