 
        
        We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring safety on and around our rail stations.
Your primary base will be at Swan Hill station, however, you may also be required to work between Mildura and Echuca based on your roster and business needs.
You will be responsible for selling Myki and V/Net tickets, making announcements at the platform, assisting passengers, and ensuring the station and its facilities are clean. Additionally, during planned and unplanned disruptions, you will help coordinate bus replacements and facilitate safe, timely train departures.
This is a full-time, ongoing role with a 24/7 roster. Depending on scheduling and business needs, you may need to report to and work from various stations along the Swan Hill line within 80 km of your home or residence.
