Marketing & Digital Coordinator
Location: Geelong, VIC (5 days onsite)
Salary: up to $90,000 + super + perks
About the Role
This is a hands‐on Marketing & Digital Coordinator role sitting at the centre of a growing eCommerce business. Working closely with the Marketing Lead and eCommerce Manager, you'll play a key role in executing campaigns across CRM, website, and paid channels.
This position is the engine room of the team — ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, assets are aligned, and digital channels are optimised to drive performance. With a strong digital focus (approx. 80%), this role is ideal for someone early in their career looking to deepen their experience across CRM, eCommerce, and performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Email Marketing
* Brief, build and deploy EDM campaigns using a CRM platform (e.g. DotDigital or similar)
* Assist with customer segmentation, automation flows, and SMS campaigns
* Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimisation and testing
eCommerce & Website Management
* Manage onsite merchandising including product uploads, collections, and campaign landing pages
* Update homepage banners, imagery, and copy in line with campaign activity
* Support site reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and performance
* Work within the backend of the eCommerce platform (Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience beneficial)
* Assist with basic HTML/CSS updates where required
Campaign Coordination
* Coordinate end-to-end campaign rollout across digital channels
* Ensure all briefs, assets, and timelines are delivered and executed accurately
* Work cross-functionally with creative, social, PR, and external partners
Paid Media Support
* Assist in the execution of paid campaigns across social and digital channels
* Collate assets, briefs, and requirements for campaign launches
* Support reporting and performance tracking
About You
o 1–2 years' experience in a Marketing Coordinator or Digital Marketing role
o Hands‐on experience with EDM/CRM platforms (DotDigital, Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar)
o Exposure to eCommerce environments and website management
o Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
o Proactive, organised, and eager to learn in a fast‐paced environment
o Basic understanding of paid media and digital marketing channels
o Experience with HTML/CSS or eCommerce platforms (e.g. Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is advantageous
