Job Title: Maintenance Operations Coordinator
The Shift Supervisor Maintenance role is a key leadership position within our maintenance team at Cape Lambert. As a Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a skilled maintenance team to deliver shut down planned preventative maintenance.
Our port facilities consist of four shipping terminals located on the Pilbara coast at Dampier and Cape Lambert which form an essential part of our logistics process. Each terminal has facilities for train unloading, iron ore stockpiling, product blending and ship loading.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading a team to execute work as planned on time to deliver availability and reliability to Port assets.
* Communicating and liaising with the team of mechanical maintainers, superintendent, planners, electrical teams and contractors.
* Providing support regarding HSEQ workplace policies procedures and critical risk monitoring.
* Leading and developing tradespeople and apprentices to productively deliver a high quality of work.
* Contributing to the HSE system and increase awareness to enable an injury free and environmentally responsible workplace
* Performance management of the team including training and career development
* Identifying and participating in continuous improvement projects which include cost saving, reliability and production efficiency projects
Requirements:
* Experience in leadership roles managing dynamic teams.
* A current WA 'Class' Drivers licence.
* A current or eligibility to obtain a MSIC.
* Proactive approach with a strong commitment in driving a safe working culture.
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
* Experience in Asset Management processes and practices (SAP, work management) Computer literacy and proficiency in the suite of Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.
