As the Head of Enterprise Architecture, you will play a critical role in enabling RAC to deliver on it's purpose by ensuring the organisation's capabilities, structures, processes and technologies are strategically aligned and future fit.Through enterprise-wide collaboration and governance, you will act as a translator of RAC's business strategy into actionable architectural blueprints and roadmaps that will drive organisational transformation. This role bridges the gap between strategic intent and operational execution, aligning business capabilities, operating models and technology to deliver sustainable competitive advantage.This role will initially be offered as a two-year maximum-term opportunity.* Strong experience coordinating and sequencing enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring architecture is embedded across project and change delivery.* Experience leading high-performing, matrixed teams and building trusted relationships with executives, senior leaders and external partners to influence strategic outcomes.* Broad technical capability across enterprise architecture domains (infrastructure, applications, data, security), with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to drive understanding and buy-in.* A tertiary qualification in technology, business, engineering or a related discipline, complemented by enterprise architecture certification (e.g. TOGAF, CEAP, Zachman).Proven experience translating organisational strategy into enterprise-wide capability and architecture plans within complex, regulated environments. Extensive experience applying and evolving architecture frameworks, leading governance forums, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and risk requirements. Demonstrated experience developing and embedding business capability models to inform strategic planning, prioritisation and investment decisions.
