Job Overview
This position contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the Client Services Division by providing accurate, timely and efficient administration in the areas of deceased estates, financial administrations, powers of attorney and trusts. Duties include managing a basic caseload, exercising formal delegation and discretion, and engaging in proactive client service and relationship building to meet organisational objectives.

Hours per fortnight
73.50 hours per fortnight - flexible options available.
Major Functions
* Manage a basic deceased estate administration caseload ensuring effective management in accordance with relevant legislation, procedural guidelines and client instructions.
* Exercise formal discretion in relation to the management of client files.
* Engage proactively in client service and relationship building.
* Contribute to the achievement of team objectives.
Pre-employment Requirements
* Pre-employment (National Police Record) checks covering arson, violent crimes, sex-related offences, drug and alcohol-related offences, dishonesty, deception, false declarations, malicious damage, serious traffic offences, public order, and legal administration offences.
* Checks for disciplinary action in previous employment.
