Accounts Payable Supervisor opportunity for leading business based in West Perth

My client, based in West Perth, is looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor for an ongoing temporary opportunity. You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the AP function, whilst overseeing a small team of AP Officers.
Duties:
Direct the processing of invoices and payments
Manage expense accounts and budget reports.
Review expenditure expense invoices/reports for proper authorization
Ensure accuracy in daily invoices within agreed deadlines
Organize month-end and annual closings
Oversee expenditure for compliance with internal controls and give recommendations on discrepancies as often as necessary
Ensure that company's invoices are precisely administered
Organize account payments
Ad hoc duties as required
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience as an AP Supervisor/team leader
Extensive knowledge and use of SAP (required)
Forward thinking and hands on approach to daily tasks
Able to work calmly and methodically in a fast-paced setting
Exceptional time management and attention to detail is essential
Confident communicator with stakeholders at all levels
