Key Responsibilities:
* Provide assistance to the design team as directed by the project lead
* Assist with preparation of diagrams and drawings with a high graphic quality
* Support design vision and strategies through preparing drawings, visualisations and sourcing imagery
* Ensure that the design complies with Mirvac standards
* Liaise with consultants as directed
* Participate in sales and settlement events to appreciate the viewpoint of the end user (customer)
Requirements:
* A degree in architecture and a minimum of 2 years' experience working in an architectural practice
* Experience in apartment design and relevant building standards/guides
* Proficiency in Revit and rendering software such as Enscape (or similar)
* Proficiency in Adobe software, specifically Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator
* A strong interest in feasibility studies, urban design, and efficiency-driven architecture
* Excellent time management and the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes
* Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
