Join to apply for the Kitchen Hand/Steward Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park role at Lancemore Hotel Group. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will assist in maintaining a clean and functional working environment. This role supports the kitchen during peak times with potential for casual ongoing work.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining a clean and functional kitchen environment.
Support the kitchen team during peak periods and in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
Be available to participate in a 7-day working roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
Opportunities to work in our Functions kitchen as required.
Qualifications
Ability to handle chemicals safely.
Understanding of a commercial kitchen workplace.
Ability to work around a dishwasher and hot kitchen areas.
Initiative and a team player with good personal presentation and communication skills.
Self-motivation and a positive, can-do attitude.
Moderate amount of weight lifting required.
