* Experienced in leading aged care or community services programs (CHSP, HCP, or disability).
* Skilled in people leadership with a focus on team development and mentoring.
* Organised, strategic, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
* Passionate about client-centred care and outcomes.
* Knowledge of culturally appropriate care practices, particularly in Aboriginal communities.
