Opportunity
As a Retail Assistant you are our Beauty Advisor, inspiring and helping customers become the best version of themselves. You will work across all our departments—beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness—receiving initial onboarding training and ongoing learning through our online platform and field trainers. * Enjoy creating an amazing customer experience by welcoming customers, listening to their needs, and embracing their uniqueness.
* Are keen observers of new products, beauty trends, and techniques.
* Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program and how it supports their beauty goals.
* Are open to expanding knowledge of our iconic brands and sharing that knowledge with fellow Beauty Advisors.
* Participate in cross‐training and in‐store beauty expert sessions to continuously learn and explore.
* Share your knowledge with customers and teammates with enthusiasm.
* Have previous sales experience in a retail or customer‐facing environment and excellent interpersonal skills.
Please note that each store has specific needs. Ideal candidates should be able to provide three full days of availability at key trading times, including late‐night and weekend slots, as our busiest days are Thursday to Sunday.
