Responsibilities

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will be the welcoming face of our retail centre, managing front desk operations while providing crucial administrative support to our team.

Reception Duties
* Manage front desk operations, incoming calls and walk‐in enquiries.
* Process daily mail and courier deliveries.
* Maintain registers including lost property, wheelchair hire, contractor access, and tenant records.
* Coordinate with security and cleaning teams via two‐way radio.
* Manage petty cash reconciliation and processing.
* Assist with car park operations and ticket validation.
Administration Support
* Maintain and update tenant and contractor records in our systems.
* Process monthly tenant sales figures and data entry.
* Manage tenant sundry charges including electricity and water.
* Update centre databases and emergency contact lists.
* Draft correspondence as directed by management.
* Procure office stationery within budget.
Operations
* Monitor and report operational complaints.
* Maintain first aid kit stock levels.
* Program access fobs and replace car park cards.
* Conduct visual inspections and provide feedback on property presentation.
Qualifications
* Administration and/or accounts experience.
* Strong customer service background.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
* MRI experience advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Professional and friendly demeanour.
