Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced ASM to develop business, increase revenues, grow market share, and enhance profitability by selling value and securing existing customers. The role involves visiting customers at job sites and offices, creating rental service and sales opportunities, and building long-term partnerships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Promote products to meet rental and sales revenue targets, focusing on customer needs and pain points.
* Analyze territory using tools like SWOT, ZoomInfo, IIR, and PGA to allocate resources effectively.
* Manage sales processes and KPIs, including opportunity management, forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM updates.
* Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with company goals to achieve revenue targets.
* Build rapport with decision-makers and end-users, collaborate with teams, and support customer service activities.
* Assist in customer account collection and equipment training to ensure proper operation and reduce downtime.
* Implement and develop quality, safety, and operational process improvements.
* Source and rent equipment and complete solutions within the territory.
* At least three years of industrial sales experience, preferably with equipment like air compressors, nitrogen generators, or steam generators.
* Familiarity with CRM tools such as SalesForce, and account management techniques.
Education & Skills
* Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical fields, Business, or related industry experience.
* Strong selling, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a customer service orientation.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with effective organizational skills.
* Resilience and growth mindset are essential.
