Duties & responsibilities:
In this role, the
Trainee Driller
will be pivotal in water bore drilling operations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, with hands-on involvement in every stage of the process.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Assisting the Driller in all aspects of water bore drilling operations
Setting up/packing up equipment at job sites as needed
Participation in drilling/casing/developing finished water bores
Driving our rig and equipment to/from sites (
incl. off-road driving
)
Contributing to a safe and successful team environment

Previous water bore drilling experience
essential
(
diamond core/oil & gas drilling experience may not be sufficient

Proven off-road driving skills
essential
Ability to handle a variety of tasks beyond direct drilling where needed
