Main purpose of the role

* Control the Shop Floor Control operations to align with the company's strategy, ensuring efficient processes within the specified cost framework. This includes supporting and practicing operations to enhance safety within the organization and align with the organization's values.
* Produce and disseminate thorough production reports across the organization. Consistently improve production reports to generate insightful and impactful insights for the organization and its business endeavors. Collaborate with stakeholders to cultivate novel sources of Quality feedback and seamlessly integrate these insights into production reports. Take charge of, facilitate, and execute benchmark study activities.
* Develop, perform and enhance engineering data to be best‐in‐class data center of production.
* Track and summarize productivity and performance and overview production.
* Ensure accurate data of engineering product development each cycle.
* Manage data of engineering product development dashboard and high level report.

Key accountabilities

* Check and confirm production plan to align with shipment plan and factory calendar that meet both Production's KPIs and Company's KPI.
* Contact and coordinate with Warehouse RM Department to check material readiness to meet production schedule.
* Ensure production in each line follows sequence of load plan that is issued by planning.
* Generate report summary (Daily/Weekly) in various points of view to suggest ways to improve production efficiency and achieve KPIs.
* Drive Key Performance Indicators of the responsible area to ensure that products/projects are delivered on time with the highest quality standard and lowest possible cost.
* Monitor production activities toward daily/weekly targets, minimizing costs where possible and ensuring the best working practices.
* Control execution as per plan by following procedure and WI that register in Pandora system to achieve the target of section/department and including resourcing management to be effective.
* Be a role model and mentor the team toward best‐in‐class practices to develop their competencies and attitude.
* Execute assignment and project as assigned by Manager.
* Ensure all company's assets are properly maintained and well looked after within responsible area.
* Ensure compliance to all related law, regulations and work rules i.e. labor law, Pandora code of conduct, Disney code of conduct, RJC, BOI, etc. at all time. Consult with Human Resources Department as appropriate.
* Enforce environment, health and safety in manufacturing at all time.
* Develop the data structure of engineering product development information to support operation for analyzing the data into report.
* Manage new jewelry product information handover meeting to pre‐production and quality team to ensure the correctness and preparation of data.
* Collect data of engineering product development each cycle to create the report.
* Develop and track the PD's KPI (Quality) in overall year collection and monitor by cycle or monthly basis and lead with Product Engineer team to be lesson learn and action plan for improvement.
* Collaborate with Product Engineering team to support product improvement with engineering data analysis.
* Support project with data analysis ideas, structure as requested, and execute activities.
* Support management about other product development engineering data.

Educational background

ระดับการศึกษา

* Bachelor's degree or above.

Field of study (Preferred education)

* Business Administration, Science, Engineering or related field.

Pivotal and professional qualifications

* At least 1 year of experience in management/assignment will be given special consideration.
* At least 1 year of experience proven in supervisor level.
* At least 3 years of experience proven in Jewelry Industrial.
* At least 3 years of experience proven in data analysis, and effective communication.
* Certification in Power BI, Python is an advantage.
