About the Position
 * Redevelop position descriptions across the organization, ensuring consistency, plain English, and skills mapping.
 * Apply job sizing and establish a transparent role and pay framework for leaders.
 * Analyse employee salaries against pay ranges, prepare leader-facing reports, and facilitate discussions on workforce planning and remuneration decisions.
 * Uplift the performance management process within the existing system, aligning goals to personal development plans and providing leaders and employees with tools for quality conversations.
This is a fixed-term contract until 2026.
