The Opportunity
Our Kiteleys business is looking for a Roofing Supervisor to join the team based in Cardiff. For more than 50 years, the Kiteleys name has been synonymous in steel roofing. From its foundation in the Shoalhaven area in 1957, it has grown to serve clients ranging from individual homeowners to leading project home builders and industrial and commercial property developers throughout NSW.
As a Roofing Supervisor, you’ll be supporting and managing the day-to-day operations, ensuring your team is focused on the delivery of exceptional performance. You’ll ensure our business plan objectives and targets are continually met.

What Will You Do?
As someone who is committed to the safety of their team and delivering on customer expectations you will:
* lead and supervise a small team of Roof Plumbers, Trades Assistants, and Apprentices on allocated projects
* prepare quotes for client jobs, with accurate assessment of material and labour needs
* manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
* participate in project handovers, ensuring client expectations and key deliverables are achieved
* develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, sub-contractors
* conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
* train and mentor apprentices and junior staff to build team capability
* liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve issues promptly

Being a reliable and dedicated individual with a willingness to learn and develop yourself, you will bring:
* trade
qualifications
including white card
* proven experience in metal roofing systems and roof plumbing
* strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations
* proficiency in using project management tools or software
* ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
* experience working with residential projects
* a positive attitude and a keen eye for detail
* the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
