Sales Territory Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Territory Manager to join our dynamic sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing merchandisers, driving sales growth and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory through winning in-store and executing a commercial plan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
* Build strong customer relationships within the Impulse and Convenience channel.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings with stand-alone and multi-site customers to understand their needs, present product offerings, and negotiate sales agreements.
* Collaborate with wholesalers & internal customer teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Manage casual merchandisers within your territory.
* Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.
* Execution: Cutting in new lines, driving distribution, trade standards and display building.
* Delivering to cycle priority key performance indicators.
Regional Travel Requirements:
The Sales Territory Manager role requires consistent monthly travel within your defined territory. Travel will include approximately 2 to 4 nights away from home per month. You will be expected to plan and manage your travel schedule efficiently to maximise productivity and meet sales targets.
