A Little Bit About The Role
Are you an experienced communications practitioner who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic workplace? This is an exciting opportunity to share your communications expertise across a variety of Council’s key services and programs. The Communications Lead will provide strategic communication advice to Council directorates and develop communication strategies, plans, and activities for Council projects and services through a business partnership model.
You will manage a large number of projects at any given time, develop communication and engagement strategies, plans and activities, and implement agreed communication initiatives directorates. You will research information, write clearly and concisely, and edit and produce different kinds of content for mass and specific target audience groups across a broad range of communication channels.
