Highly regarded national firm – Looking for a Wills & Estates Lawyer with 3 to 6 years PQE. This role will suit lawyers with experience across Wills, POA, testamentary trusts, property law (real property and other assets), corporate structures and some general commercial matters. In this role you must have the ability to take on a leadership role within the team and the confidence to run your own files without supervision. The team consists of the Special Counsel and a paralegal and you will also work closely with the Family Law team.
Highly regarded boutique - The Wills & Estates team are respected for providing high-quality advice across all aspects of estate planning, estate administration, and estate litigation. The team advises clients on the preparation of wills, enduring powers of attorney and medical directives, comprehensive estate and trust planning, probate and letters of administration, and family provision or will dispute matters. You will ideally have experience across estate planning and probate.
Leading national firm – looking for a Lawyer with 4 to 7 years experience to join its Tax team in Melbourne. You'll work with the team on an interesting mix of taxation matters, including income and capital gains tax, M&A transactions, financing transactions, due diligence, and trusts. You'll also be responsible for managing reviews, audits and litigation conducted by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO). This is an opportunity to work on top tier matters with a prominent client base including public and private companies, high net worth family groups and individuals both local and foreign, charities and not for profit organisations.
