Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A minimum of 2 years' proven experience in luxury or premium retail store management.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport with customers.
* Commercial awareness and an understanding of the luxury consumer.
* Meticulous attention to detail and personal presentation.
* Confidence with Microsoft Office, EPOS systems, and clienteling tools.
* The ability to commute to the store within 30 minutes, due to keyholding responsibilities.
