* Job Overview: This position is responsible for supporting the delivery of various youth-based initiatives, including Better Futures and the Youth Justice Community Support Service.
Better Futures:
The Better Futures program provides assistance to eligible young people aged 15 years and 9 months to 21 years who are transitioning from Out of Home Care (OOHC) and Kinship Care, or those requiring post-care support.
Youth Justice Community Support Service:
The YJCSS offers an intensive support service designed to complement the Youth Justice statutory case management role. It provides voluntary, community-based intensive support and services to young people involved with Youth Justice.
A competitive annual salary of $54,000, plus statutory superannuation benefits, is expected.
