We require a Content Creator (Marketing) to join our team based in Sydney, NSW.
As a Content Creator (Marketing), the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing engaging content to support the company\'s marketing and branding activities.
We are looking for a creative, agile, and trend-obsessed Content Creator to join our team. You\'ll be the engine behind our visual identity, responsible for producing everything from high-quality brand photography to high-energy, short-form video.
The ideal candidate knows that sometimes the best content comes from a DSLR on a tripod, and sometimes it comes from an iPhone in a parking lot. You should be a wizard at turning raw footage into viral-ready clips using CapCut and have a sharp eye for aesthetic storytelling.
* Creating, editing, and publishing digital content across social media platforms, websites, and marketing campaigns for Drool clients.
* Planning and implementing content strategies in line with business and marketing objectives
* Developing creative materials including images, videos, and written content
* Managing and scheduling social media posts and monitoring audience engagement
* Analysing content performance and preparing reports to improve future campaigns
* Maintaining consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
* Conducting market research to identify trends and opportunities
* Collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders on marketing initiatives
* Assisting with promotional campaigns, events, and product launches
To be considered you will need at least a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. Alternatively, at least 2 years of relevant work experience in content creation or digital marketing.
Key requirements:
* Demonstrated experience managing social media platforms and creating digital content
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Experience using content creation and editing tools (e.g. Canva, capcut, video editing software)
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Candidate with qualification + work experience will be considered.
