What you'll be doing:
* Conduct user research and gather requirements to understand user needs and behaviors
* Design and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas
* Collaborate with cross‐functional teams including developers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive and user‐friendly products
* Test and iterate on product designs to continuously improve the user experience
* Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques
Who we are looking for:
* Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
* At least 3 years of experience in UX design
* Strong portfolio of work demonstrating user-centered design solutions
* Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Experience working in an Agile development environment
Good to have:
* Experience designing for mobile applications and responsive web design
* Experience with user testing and research methodologies
