About the role
This role offers lots of variety, ranging from general receptionist functions, through to lots of differing tasks assisting the wider team with legal or financial administration work.
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist and Administrator who wants to contribute to a strong team culture.
Our team is known for being supportive, professional and friendly and always strive to provide great service. We are looking for someone who brings the same mindset.
What you'll be doing
· Greet and welcome clients.
· Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
· Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
· Collect, receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
· Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
· Update calendars and schedule meetings for various meetings/courses/webinars.
· Arrange bookings for various courses, trips, events for staff within office.
· Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
· Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying
· Basic account management such as receipting money; credit card reconciliation.
· Manage videoconferencing and webinar technology.
