Redpath Partners Associate Director - National
Multi National Design studio with National project portfolio have been expanding across Commercial, Multi Residential, Hospitality and are now strategically focusing on the Education Sector.
Currently seeking a Principal to be based in either Melbourne or Sydney, this studio seek an Education sector lead to join their Principal team.
Client relationship focused, Work Winning, leading presentations with other Principals, this individual will be well connected in the Melbourne or Sydney market and able to capitalize on the studios International and Australian portfolio.
Propelling their already innovative conceptual design ethos, they are looking for this individual to join their team to add to their reputation and compliment their team and vision of inclusiveness.
A culturally and socially aware business, they are looking for a leader who is passionate about social cause and change, using conceptual design talent to influence clients.
Qualifications
- 15+ years experience, post Qualification Bachelor of Architecture
- Registration in either VIC or NSW
- Extensive track record of winning work in Education sector
- Extensive Project and team leadership experience, Education/Tertiary sector experience ideal in NSW and or VIC.
- Managed and lead projects beginning to end
- Developed and maintained successful client relationships
- Extensive experience in taking complex projects to completion
- Extensive experience in design and documentation
- Extensive experience in regulatory framework
- Experience in strategic planning and strategy
- Extensive experience in managing project profitability
- Extensive experience in defining project teams and staffing optimally
- Extensive experience in staff recruitment; training and development
- Extensive experience in Marketing and Communications
- Extensive experience in managing risk
- Extensive experience in a formal QA process
