Make a Difference in Youth Justice
The Riverina Youth Justice Centre is seeking an Official Visitor to ensure the well-being of young people in custody.
You will regularly visit centres, communicate with staff and management, report on conditions and work to resolve issues while maintaining objectivity and confidentiality.
This role requires strong communication skills, cultural awareness and the ability to contribute positively to the youth justice system.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Visit custody centres to communicate with young people, staff and management.
* Report on conditions and work to resolve issues.
* Maintain objectivity and confidentiality.
* Contribute to the development of positive relationships between young people and centre staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can build trust and rapport with young people and centre staff.
Candidates should have cultural awareness, the ability to maintain objectivity and confidentiality, and experience working with young people or in a similar field.
