Your new role 
Reporting to the Head of Talent & Capability and working with a diverse team of Talent & Capability professionals, the Talent & Capability Coordinator delivers high-quality support across all department teams and functions. 
This role involves the administration and coordination of department processes, programs and initiatives, in support of the Learning & Professional Development; Talent Acquisition & Attraction; and Talent Management, Mobility & Leadership teams. 
Key duties include but are not limited to: 
- Assist in the execution of high-quality, consistent colleague and stakeholder experiences. 
- Respond to colleague and external enquiries as required, including the administration of relevant email inboxes and calendars (e.g. the Development inbox). 
- Use initiative and judgement to ensure matters are dealt with expeditiously and appropriately, identifying those which should be referred or known to others, minimising interruptions to the team. 
- Support team members with systems training as required, including onboarding new joiners. 
- Collate and manage Talent system queries from team members and business stakeholders. 
- Record and monitor departmental activity in all appropriate systems and IT platforms, including the Fund's HRIS (e.g. Oracle) and content management platform (e.g. SharePoint). 
- Support the Head of Talent and the department leadership team in periodic and ad hoc reporting, as directed and in accordance with GRC requirements (compliance, KRI, etc.). 
- Assist in the delivery of Talent Acquisition & Attraction initiatives and programs, working with stakeholders, working groups, and teams. 
What you'll need 
- Experience in a team/functional support role. 
- IT system acumen, including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, and familiarity with large HRISs, ideally Oracle. 
- Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. 
- Developed organisational skills and strong attention to detail. 
- The ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders. 
- High levels of self-motivation and a proactive approach.
