Director Transformation Job Description
The Director Transformation and Change plays a pivotal part in driving large-scale change across NSW. This role oversees the development, management, and implementation of transformation programs to ensure a stronger and more responsive work health and safety regulator.
This position is crucial in supporting staff at SafeWork NSW to continue transformation and change management activities now that SafeWork is an independent regulator. The Director will oversee planning for the implementation of the Government's recent psychosocial funding investment.
The ideal candidate will drive a collaborative approach, ensure appropriate governance, navigate complex negotiations, and build strong relationships and partnerships across NSW government and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and deliver large-scale change across NSW.
* Develop, manage, and implement transformation programs.
* Oversee planning for the implementation of psychosocial funding investment.
* Drive a collaborative approach and ensure appropriate governance.
* Navigate complex negotiations and build strong relationships.
Requirements:
* Experienced executive in program delivery for wide-scale transformation and change.
* Experience managing projects across government, particularly in legislative reform and policy.
* Excellent communicator and contemporary working practices.
* Commercial acumen and ability to influence organisational level change.
