Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the implementation of clinical system governance and the ACT Clinical System Governance Arrangements. This includes driving clinical quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the evaluation of healthcare services from a quality and safety perspective, and engaging in broader clinical policy development and strategic planning.

You are a motivated professional with a strong background in clinical governance, quality improvement, and patient safety within a complex health system.
You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and experience in maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders.
Your ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure, analyse and synthesise information, and adapt quickly to shifting priorities is essential for success in this role.
A commitment to work, health and safety (WH&S) and display behaviour consistent with the ACT Public Service Values of Respect, Integrity, Collaboration and Innovation is also required.
Eligibility/Other Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the national and local quality improvement and patient safety agenda, demonstrated expertise in managing and implementing quality improvement tools and methods, and proven ability to work effectively in a decentralised team structure.
