About the role:
Envirosmart is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Sales and Customer Service team based at our Brisbane head office.
This role is responsible for end-to-end customer service support with a strong focus on customer care to our National Distributor base. Working closely with the Sales & Market team, the role plays a key part in ensuring we support our customer with Product information, some technical support and delivered in a timely manner.
Operating in a fast-paced, system-driven environment, this position requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, and disciplined follow-through to support consistent customer and delivery outcomes.
The role is critical in managing customer expectations, and supporting smooth order flow from order placement through to dispatch and delivery via our logistics team, and developing relationship as the key point of contact for our distributor base.
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Brendale, Brisbane.
What you'll be doing:
Assistance with incoming sales calls and email enquiries
Providing technical information and solutions to customers
Handle Customer inquiries to get the result for our customers
Prepare sales quotations to Company standards and conduct all follow-up activities
Identify and Maximise Sales Opportunities
Enjoy the culture of a dynamic and growing customer service sales team
Build relationships with our distributor base
Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional customer service while building and maintaining positive customer relationships
Offer our Distributors company-provided training and Marketing support
Provide Customer Service support by liaising with our office team to provide or follow up on queries
Update and maintain CRM records
We are a team, and so sometimes we all pitch in with various admin tasks to get the result for our customer
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in a customer service role and sales support, within a B2B environment an advantage but essential
Highly competent in problem-solving
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional planning and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence buying decisions
Strong time management. Must be a Self-Starter
Experience in relationship selling B2B to distributors, in the Industrial, Safety, Mining & Civil industries, will be well regarded but not essential
The ability to interact positively with all levels of the workforce, operational staff, and management
You must beresults-oriented, using your initiative tomake things happen, with a commitment to meeting activity targets and deadlines
You must have the right to work in Australia
Desirable (but not essential):
Experience working with offshore or remote teams, including virtual assistants
Exposure to manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution environments
Full-time, stable role within a long-established, growing, Australian-owned manufacturing business
Clear role scope with defined systems and responsibilities
Supportive team environment across sales, logistics, and operations
