We're on the hunt for 3 dynamic, fashion-obsessed Retail Sales Assistants to bring the Miss Runway magic to Toowoomba This is your chance to be part of our exciting Boutique & Formal Clearance Pop-Up, helping customers find the perfect dress at the perfect price. THE ROLE – SELL. STYLE. SHINE.
Location: Grand Central, Toowoomba
Shifts: Approx. 3 per week (more if you're keen)
Availability: Must be free weekdays, weekends + Thursday late nights
What You'll Be Doing:
Driving sales by helping customers find their dream dress
Delivering a 5-star shopping experience with genuine styling advice
Owning the floor and closing sales with confidence
Keeping the store Insta-ready through visual merchandising
Creating styling content + showcasing new arrivals on social media
Assisting with stock, POS and day-to-day store ops

You're not just a retail assistant — you're a fashion stylist, sales pro, and confidence booster. We want team players who are:
Passionate about fashion, styling, and smashing sales targets
Positive, people-loving, and naturally confident
Experienced: Min. 12 months in boutique fashion retail is a MUST
Organised, reliable and self-motivated
Social media savvy with a sharp eye for content + trends
Comfortable using tech (POS, spreadsheets, socials etc.)

Pay: $18.59 – $39.83 per hour
