Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and portal systems
- Identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Providing estimates and quotes
- Creating job requests and work orders
- Scheduling and coordinating mobile and production work
- Administering customer portals and updating records
- Managing general administrative tasks and reporting
- Providing support and relief across the service team
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven excellence in customer service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow procedures and communication guidelines
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- A flexible, positive, and proactive attitude
- Valuable skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to provide a National Police Clearance
