The Role
This full-time position based at our Larapinta Head Office offers the successful candidate a challenging and fulfilling role. A key part of the Finance and Administration Team you will report directly to the Financial Controller, and will be responsible for the timely recording, payments and reconciliations of supplier accounts within agreed payment terms and to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders to seek prompt resolution of any supplier/billing disputes.
Duties:
• Manage assigned portfolio of suppliers to drive timely and accurate recording of supplier invoices and adherence to payment terms.
• Manage correspondence with suppliers.
• Maintain supplier records which requires scanning of invoices, recording and uploading the invoices to the database.
• Completing supplier credit application forms
• When required, uploading bank transfers on banking portals.
• Preparation of periodic supplier payment batches (Weekly/fortnightly/monthly/ad hoc)
• Circulation of payment batches to seek necessary approvals and uploading them on the bank portals for signatories to approve.
• Payment/reimbursement of staff expenses
• Adding/removing supplier payees on the bank portals as and when needed.
• Supplier Account reconciliations.

• Reasonable skills in working in a Microsoft office environment is required.
