Warehouse Assistant and Customer Service (Chinese Speaker)

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented 3PL Warehouse Office Assistant to join our team at Chipping Norton site. This role plays a critical part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring productive communication across departments and maintaining high standards of customer service and warehouse organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operations of a busy 3PL warehouse environment
Provide high-level customer service to clients, including communication in both English and Mandarin
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and assist with dispatch scheduling
Liaise between warehouse, customer service, and transport teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised warehouse facility
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock control and reporting
Accurately update warehouse management systems and maintain documentation
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures
Must have Australian work authorisation to be eligible for this position
Skills and Experience
Experience in a 3PL or logistics warehouse setting (not essential)
Strong communication skills in English; Mandarin language proficiency preferred
Excellent customer service and coordination skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiarity with WMS platforms
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Good attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
Bachelor's degree obtained in Australia preferred
