About the role
This is a part‐time position available in Albany, requiring 50+ hours a fortnight under the direction of a Registered Nurse. The role focuses on delivering person‐centered care to residents, supporting their physical and emotional wellbeing, and collaborating with families and the multidisciplinary team.
* Provide clinical interventions and support within enrolled nurse scope.
* Ensure resident care plans meet changing needs and preferences, including cultural and spiritual considerations.
* Promote resident choice, independence, and meaningful daily activities.
* Monitor and report changes in resident health; maintain accurate documentation.
* Support infection control, medication administration, and workplace safety.
* Guide Care Partners and collaborate with multidisciplinary staff.
* Contribute to care plan reviews, continuous improvement initiatives, and compliance with Accreditation and AN‐ACC standards.
* Undertake ongoing professional development as required by AHPRA.

About you
Essential Qualifications & Experience
* Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
* Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, relevant legislation, and AN‐ACC.
* Proficiency in relevant IT applications.
* Strong clinical and care skills appropriate for an Enrolled Nurse.
* Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
* Flexible team player contributing positively to the workplace.
* Commitment to ongoing professional development.
* Customer‐focused and empathetic approach to aged care.
* Ability to relate positively with residents, showing understanding and respect.
