We're not your standard hotel and we're not looking for a standard hire.
Our pet‐friendly property in Robina does things a little differently. Yes, we check guests in and out... but we also remember guest names (and dog names), anticipate on challenges before they become problems, and genuinely care about the experience people have before, during, and after their stay.
We're on the lookout for a full‐time, part‐time or casual Guest Service Agent who is flexible for the right candidate. We look for someone who brings initiative, a team‐first mindset, and the kind of attitude that makes both our guests' and team's day a little easier.
There's no long list of must‐have experience here; if you've got the right mindset, we can teach the rest.
What you'll be doing:
Running the front desk like it's your own (with support, of course).
Creating smooth, friendly, and memorable guest experiences from check‐in to check‐out.
Handling reservations, enquiries, and the occasional curveball with confidence.
Keeping things organised, accurate, and one step ahead.
Working closely with other departments to keep everything ticking.
What we're looking for:
A proactive team player who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
Someone who takes ownership and shows initiative.
A calm, solutions‐focused approach (because hospitality can be unpredictable).
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
A genuine interest in people and ideally, a soft spot for pets.
The non‐negotiables:
Availability to work a rotating roster across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays between 7am to 11pm.
Full working rights in Australia.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and be part of a close‐knit team.
A couple of things to note:
We like to understand how people think and work, so as part of your application, please include:
Your Myer‐Briggs personality type.
A short explanation of how this contributes to your success in a role like this.
Applications are only considered via SEEK.
Your application will include the following questions:
* Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
* How many years' experience do you have as a guest services agent?
* Are you available to work on a rotating roster?
* How much notice are you required to give your current employer?
* Are you available to work public holidays?
