Tenancy Support Officer
* Location: Queanbeyan with 50% in office attendance
* Ongoing full-time opportunity (35 hours per week)
* Clerk Grade 3/4 - $84,659 to $92,701 plus superannuation and leave loading
Your role
Being a part of Teacher and Police Housing, the Tenancy Support Officer acts as a first point of contact for general phone enquiries and provides high-level administrative support to the Tenancy Services Branch. You'll be part of a supportive team committed to delivering exceptional services and positive outcomes for tenants and stakeholders.
What you'll do
* Providing direct customer and administrative support to Tenancy Officers while they are undertaking field work
* Support Tenancy Officers with assessing and processing tenancy applications, preparation of lease documentation, processing vacate requests and returning tenant bonds, being a point of contact via phone and email for general enquiries and other administrative support as required.
What we're looking for
Essential Requirements
The essential requirements of this role are:
* Valid NSW Class C Driver Licence
In addition to the essential requirements, the ideal candidate will have
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Strong attention to detail
* Experience providing high-level administrative and clerical support.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy team environment
