As an experienced Chef on the team, you'll have many local and seasonal ingredients and influences at your disposal, you'll get to work closely with the Head Chef to let your skills and passion shine. Along with your team of passionate chefs, apprentices and front of house staff, you will soon see that your hard work will be appreciated and recognised with us.
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years experience working on all sections of the kitchen in a gastro pub or similar establishment.
* Creative flair and passion for innovative food and current trends.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Understanding of food costing and budget management.
* Strict adherence to food hygiene practices.
