New Business Development Manager

We help companies like Boral and KFC keep their employees safe through the supply of workwear, work boots, personal protective equipment, workplace and road safety products. RSEA Safety offers a comprehensive range of trusted brands such as Carhartt, ELEVEN, Wolverine, Steel Blue, Blundstone, CAT, 3M, Blue Rapta and Uvex. We also have an in-house design and custom development team to meet unique customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new B2B clients to drive revenue growth.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals to key stakeholders.
Understand and stay informed on industry trends and market shifts.
What You'll Bring
Experience managing the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to closing deals.
Strong background in B2B sales, ideally with a service or solution-based product.
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience is required.
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
A passion for building relationships and delivering value to clients.
A proactive, goal-oriented approach with a "can-do" attitude.
Experience with multiple tenders is required.
