We are seeking a passionate and experienced Occupational Therapist to join a well-established allied health provider in Bundaberg, Queensland. Role Overview
You will provide person-centred, evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients with a mixed caseload, focusing on improving independence in activities of daily living (ADLs), functional capacity, and quality of life. You will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary allied health team with strong clinical support and ongoing professional development.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive client assessments and develop individualised treatment plans
* Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions across a mixed caseload
* Support clients with NDIS plans, functional capacity assessments, and goal setting
* Collaborate with physiotherapists, speech pathologists, and other healthcare professionals
* Provide education and guidance to clients, families, and carers
* Maintain accurate clinical documentation and meet AHPRA and compliance standards
* Work both independently and as part of a supportive team
About You
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
* Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist in Australia
* Minimum 3 years of clinical experience (preferred)
* Strong communication, assessment, and clinical reasoning skills
* Experience working with NDIS clients, disability services, or community health (highly regarded)
* Ability to work autonomously and within a multidisciplinary team
