JA Recruitment is working with one of Brisbane's most respected real estate agencies to find an experienced Property Manager to take over a well-managed portfolio.
This is a Monday-to-Friday role with strong support from an Assistant Property Manager, Virtual Assistant, and admin team. You'll have the structure and resources you need to focus on building relationships, managing properties effectively, and achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage an established portfolio of approx. 140 properties
* Maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
* Coordinate maintenance, arrears, insurance claims, and tribunal matters
* Conduct inspections with support
* Monitor and reduce vacancy rates
Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' property management experience
* Current Real Estate Registration Certificate
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and in a team
