* Previous experience in a commercial kitchen and a Food handler's certificate or equivalent are essential requirements.
* A motivated person able to work unsupervised and passionate about food presentation is required.
* The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail and be able to supervise daily operations of the kitchen.
* Additionally, you will be required to provide evidence of, or be in the process of obtaining, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or 3 years of cooking experience in a commercial kitchen.
* Fully vaccinated staff members are preferred.
