We're recruiting a Senior Contract Administrator in Geelong for a commercial builder with structured systems, disciplined procurement processes and a strong regional pipeline.
This role carries real influence across project profitability and CA team performance.
Opportunity
You will take responsibility for:
* Project budget management alongside the Project Manager
* Monthly forecasting and financial reporting
* Review and control of subcontractor variations and claims
* Head contract progress claims and payment certificates
* Procurement strategy and subcontract negotiation
* Risk identification across tender vs construction documentation
* Contract compliance and formal correspondence
You'll also provide oversight across the CA team — supporting consistency, structure and commercial discipline.
